Jim has served as counselor, advocate or dispute resolution neutral on hundreds of construction projects with values up to $10 billion, located throughout the United States, and in Canada, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Malaysia. Among these projects have been airports, combined cycle and nuclear power plants, a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility, an LNG manufacturing plant, highways and mass transit facilities, prisons, port and marine facilities, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, sports stadiums, paper mills, cement plants, automobile plants and other manufacturing plants, industrial “clean rooms,” libraries, university buildings, public and private schools, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
